Cancellation
•For cancellations made 60 to 30 days before departure, 50% of the total trip price is refundable.
•Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.
•We will process refund requests within 48 hours.
•Refunds will be returned to your bank account via the original payment method within 7 to 15 days after approval.
Amendments
To change your travel dates, an amendment request should be made no later than 60 days before departure. For amendment requests made within 60 days of departure, the following amendment fees apply:
•59 to 30 days (inclusive) before departure: 30% of the total trip price;
•29 to 7 days (inclusive) before departure: 40% of the total trip price;
•6 to 1 days (inclusive) before departure: 50% of the total trip price.
No amendments are accepted on the day of departure.
Payment
•For bookings made more than 60 days before departure, 30% of the total trip price is payable first; the remaining balance must be paid by 60 days before departure.
•For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required.
